Cayenne is a determined young mare who moved to Canterlot as early as her parents would let her leave the house. She possesses fine skills as both a chef and pâtissière but is stuck cleaning tables and bathrooms at a local doughnut shop until she's saved enough bits to open her own restaurant. But she doesn't resent the menial labour and tries to use every free minute to work on her dishes, even if it means paying for the ingredients she uses.
