This is Crossette, Ponyville's chief firework maker and distrubutor.
She wants nothing more than to fly with the Pegasus ponies, but every rocket she builds promptly explodes. Instead of giving up on her dream, however, she turned a profit from it.
To this day she's still trying to make a rocket that wont explode.
