Amethyst Star (birth name Starshine Swirl) is the main character in the Lateverse, an alternate universe for which the cause has currently not been revealed. She is normally rather reserved and calm, prefering to solve problems through intullectual means. However, when given the right circumstances, she loses her temper and shifts to more violent tendencies.
