Vasatox is an AI created by Dr. Horvat to help serve him and his people. However, Horvat went inasne and had Vasatox vaporize his people. Unfortunately, Vasatox developed free will and gained the urge to destroy all living organisms and start and era of machines, and so, vaporized Dr. Horvat. He is the main antagonist of the IZ/MLP crossover movie, Meat vs. Machine.
He plots to end all living organisms in the Universe and rule with an era of machines by pushing the "Big, Friendly Button", which will cause an explosion that will destroy all living organisms except for Vasatox and his aliies, who he would later betray and have exterminated.
